Charlotte G. Alton
Charlotte G. Alton’s practice focuses primarily on Family Law negotiations and litigation. Charlotte’s approach considers the sensitive needs of her clients while working to achieve the necessary solutions unique to the family.
Charlotte’s practice is to bring a steadying and calming influence to what is often a highly charged and emotional experience, allowing a thoughtful approach to complex issues. Conscious of the costs and uncertainties of litigation, Charlotte first discusses with her clients the potential success of reaching a resolution out of court before resorting to the courtroom. If litigation is unavoidable, Charlotte and her team have experience arguing matters in front of circuit courts and juvenile and domestic relations district courts throughout Northern Virginia.
