Patrick B. Piccolo
Pat Piccolo's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and eminent domain. Pat has experience representing corporate and individual clients against various condemning authorities, including Dominion and the Virginia Department of Transportation, as well as in disputes involving commercial leases, breach of contract, violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act and various other business torts.
Prior to joining the firm, Pat graduated from the University of Virginia in 2013 with a B.A. in History and Minor in Religious Studies. He then remained at the University of Virginia for law school, where he earned his J.D. in 2016. After graduation, Pat completed a clerkship with the Honorable Daniel Ortiz of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
