Blankingship & Keith Again Named a Best Women-Led Law Firm by Virginia Lawyers Weekly

Blankingship & Keith, P.C. has again been named to Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s In the Lead: Best Women-Led Law Firms.

The annual recognition highlights Virginia law firms led by women that have demonstrated success in areas including firm growth, employee support, workplace morale, community involvement, and efforts to support women in the legal profession.

Blankingship & Keith is led by Managing Principal Laurie L. Kirkland, who has served in the role since January 2024.

To be eligible for the recognition, a firm must be based in Virginia, have at least four attorneys, and be led by a woman or women. VirginiaLawyers Weekly also considers factors such as growth, employee programs and morale, community engagement, and efforts to help women attorneys succeed professionally and broaden participation in the profession.
