Bill Porter elected an officer of Northern Virginia Chapter of FBA

Bill Porter, managing principal for Blankingship & Keith, PC, was recently elected as the president-elect of the Federal Bar Association, Northern Virginia Chapter. Mr. Porter will become president in October 2018. He was formerly the secretary for the organization.
