Trey Rogers

Trey Rogers joined Blankingship & Keith after graduating from William & Mary Law School. He previously worked at the firm as a summer associate, where he researched and wrote about matters involving medical malpractice, condemnation, employment law, and other civil litigation issues. He also assisted with briefs and memoranda and attended court hearings related to those matters.

Before joining Blankingship & Keith, Trey was a summer associate at a civil litigation and immigration firm in Newport News. There, he worked on legal research and writing involving Virginia appellate procedure, civil litigation, immigration, and family law matters.

At William & Mary, Trey served as Chief Justice of Moot Court and competed in a number of regional and national moot court competitions. He won the Bushrod Intramural Moot Court Competition, was a semifinalist in the ABA Boston Regional Moot Court Competition, and was named a Top 5 Oralist in the Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition. He was inducted into the Order of Barristers in 2026 for his excellence in oral advocacy.
