Natey’s practice focuses on Family and Educational Law matters.
She brings to these areas the same advocacy and personal attention she brought to her indigent clients while serving as an assistant public defender at the Fredericksburg Public Defender’s Office. Natey particularly enjoys prosecuting and defending protective orders in the District and Circuit Courts and the collaboration a special education hearing requires between parents and the school boards she represents.
While in law school Natey worked as a student attorney in the Community Legal Practice Center and spent her summers interning at the Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and the 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Franklin, Tennessee.
Natey received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and received her B.A., cum laude, from Rhodes College.
