Joshua R. Anthony is Of Counsel at Blankingship & Keith, focusing on family law. With over two decades of experience in the field, he brings significant expertise in complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution.
Joshua has an extensive background in handling high-net-worth divorces, navigating the division of complex financial portfolios, tracing marital and separate property, and managing the financial complexities of divorce, including retirement asset division. His skill set also extends to the negotiation, drafting, and enforcement of prenuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements.
Before joining Blankingship & Keith, Joshua was a partner in a family law practice, where he focused exclusively on family law and had significant experience in high-conflict cases. He also has experience in appellate practice before the Virginia Court of Appeals.
Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2004, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Liberal Arts from San Diego State University. He also received a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from San Diego State University.
He is a member of both the Virginia State Bar and the Fairfax Bar Association.
