Jessica L. Sura
Jessica Sura's practice focuses primarily on the representation of individual and institutional health care providers. She has defended physicians, clinicians, and hospitals in state courts across Northern Virginia. Jessica has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, motions practice, trials, litigating appeals, and negotiating favorable settlements, and Jessica has tried several jury cases to verdict.
As part of her commercial litigation practice, Jessica also prosecutes and defends breach of contract disputes, legal malpractice actions, and other business torts. As a former clerk with expertise in local practice and procedure, Jessica has effectively partnered with large international law firms on behalf of institutional clients.
